Frankie came into our lives in September 2001, our son found him and said he followed him home but the funny thing was George was driving a car. He was quite the escape artist, but once he knew he had a forever home is stayed close to it. Not sure how old he was than around 2-3 years old and we had him for 13 ½ years and will miss him very much. Frankie was the most lovable, smart sneaking dog we ever had, he would even try to sneak up on our bad only when my husband was not in town thought he needed to protect me I guess. Frankie loved rides in the car as long it wasn’t to the doggie wash or the vet. He always knew when we were packing for our camping trip he would find a way out of the house and wait for us to leave the truck door open and he would jump in and sit and wait for us to leave. Frankie loved riding in the boat but not so much on the wake board. Frankie loved his walks right up to the week before he went to pet heaven (2-5-2015). Frankie got along with all his dog cousins that would come over to visit and all the different dogs our daughter would bring home for a weekend. He loved kids and especially on Halloween he would go out and meet them while we handed out the treats he even wore a costume. Frankie always wanted to be in the middle of everything we were doing from laying on the Christmas wrapping while I was trying to wrap presents or laying on our granddaughter’s blanket with her on it. We thought we were going lose in September 2010 but he fought thru his pain and was back to his playful self so we could enjoy 4 more years with him. Frankie was diagnosed with lymphoma on January 10, 2015 and we knew we only had a short time with him and had a really hard time making the decision to let him cross the Rainbow Bridge. In the last few days no matter how bad he felt or how much pain he was in he would still come lay by me no matter where I was at in the house he would find me. We will miss coming home and Frankie barking and telling us we stayed away too long even though Frankie could not hear a thing he would recognize our car and he would be waiting for us at the back door. We are so very thankful to Home to Heaven and Dr. Lisa Jacobson, Frankie was in our house and on his favorite place to lie and surrounded by family when he crossed over the rainbow bridge very peaceful. Now Frankie will be able to meet up with his buddy Kiko and Cinnamon. Frankie will forever be in our hearts and will miss him very much. The Suazo’s
